1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using VoomReel, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What VoomReel is — and isn't

VoomReel is a technical tool. You paste a link to a publicly available video on a supported platform (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Douyin, or Dailymotion), and the tool retrieves a copy of that media for you. VoomReel:

• does not host, store, upload, index, curate, review, moderate, or exercise any editorial control over the content behind any link you submit;
• has no relationship with, and does not represent, any uploader, creator, or rights holder of that content;
• cannot and does not verify, before or after the fact, whether you have the right to download, copy, or otherwise use any specific piece of content;
• functions purely as a conduit between a link you choose to supply and a file delivered back to your own device.

We are not a publisher of, and do not endorse, any content accessible through the service.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country if higher, to use this service. By using it you represent that you meet this requirement and that you are not barred from using the service under the laws of your jurisdiction or the terms of any platform involved.

4. Your responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• only downloading content that is publicly available and that you own, created, or have an explicit license or legal right to download and use;
• complying with the terms of service of the platform the content came from (Instagram/Meta, Facebook/Meta, YouTube/Google, TikTok/ByteDance, Douyin/ByteDance, or Dailymotion), which may independently restrict downloading;
• complying with all applicable copyright, trademark, privacy, and other laws in your jurisdiction; and
• how you subsequently use, store, share, or redistribute any downloaded content.

VoomReel takes no position on and accepts no responsibility for the legality of any individual download — that determination and its consequences rest entirely with you.

5. Prohibited uses

You agree not to use VoomReel to: circumvent any login, paywall, private-account, or age-gate restriction; scrape, mass-download, or automate requests against the service or any source platform; download content for resale, commercial redistribution, or to misrepresent it as your own; infringe any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property or privacy right; or download or facilitate access to unlawful content of any kind.

6. No affiliation / trademarks

VoomReel is an independent, third-party tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. (Instagram, Facebook), Google LLC (YouTube), ByteDance Ltd. (TikTok, Douyin), or Dailymotion SA. Each platform name and logo is a trademark of its respective owner, referenced here only to describe the service's compatibility.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or availability. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, that any specific link will work, or that any downloaded content is accurate, complete, lawful, or authorized by its rights holder.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law: VoomReel, its owner/operator, and any affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of (or inability to use) the service, or any content obtained through it — even if advised of the possibility of such damages, and regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise). Because the service is provided free of charge, our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is capped at fifty euros (€50). Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages; in those jurisdictions, the above limitations apply only to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions of these Terms remain in full effect.

9. No liability for third-party content

All downloaded content belongs to its respective creators and rights holders. VoomReel does not review content before it is retrieved, does not control what any user submits, and disclaims all liability for the content, accuracy, legality, or rights-status of anything accessed through the service. Any dispute you have regarding specific content is between you and the relevant rights holder or platform, not VoomReel.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VoomReel, its owner/operator, and any affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to: (a) your use or misuse of the service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third party's intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights through content you access or download; or (d) your violation of any source platform's own terms of service.

11. Copyright concerns / takedown requests

VoomReel does not host or store any content, so there is nothing on our servers to "take down" in the traditional sense — content lives on the source platform, and access to a specific link can be blocked from being processed by this tool going forward. If you are a rights holder and believe a specific link should be blocked, email [email protected] with (1) the exact URL, (2) a description of the work and your rights in it, and (3) a good-faith statement that use of the tool to access that link is unauthorized. We will review and respond promptly, and will block the specific link or source where warranted.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Denmark — except that if a mandatory consumer-protection law of your own country of residence gives you additional rights that cannot be waived, those rights are unaffected.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will stay in full force and effect — in particular, the disclaimers and limitations of liability above are intended to survive independently of any other provision.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time; the "last updated" date will change accordingly. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
