Bilibili lets an uploader put many episodes under a single video entry, which is convenient to watch and confusing to save. Here is how the parts are addressed and what that means for downloading.

   Use the episode list beside or under the player to switch to that part.

   The address changes as you switch parts — copy it after switching, not before.

One entry, many parts

A Bilibili upload can contain dozens of parts under one id, listed beside the player. They are separate videos sharing an entry, not chapters inside one file.

So a download gives you the part your link points at. There is no single file containing all of them — not one that Bilibili holds, anyway, so nothing can fetch one.

Save them one at a time, deliberately

Switch to each part, copy its address, paste, download. It is repetitive for a long series, and it is also the only approach that gives you files matching what Bilibili actually published.

Name the files as you go. Bilibili part titles are often just numbers, and a folder of identically-named downloads is its own problem an hour later.

The usual limits still apply

720p is the ceiling without an account, because bilibili.tv gates 1080p behind one.

Licensed series are restricted by region. If an episode will not play for you logged out, there is no public file to fetch — and that is common for anime and drama.

Subtitles are a separate track the player overlays, so they are not burned into the file.
