How to Download Bilibili Videos on PC

There are two Bilibilis, and getting them mixed up is the most common reason a link fails here. bilibili.tv is the international site; bilibili.com is the mainland Chinese one, and they are separate services with separate catalogues.

Open the video on bilibili.tv and copy the address. Language prefixes like /en/ or /th/ are fine, and both /video/ and /play/ forms work.

bilibili.tv and bilibili.com are not the same site
They share a brand and very little else. The international site at bilibili.tv has its own catalogue, its own licensing and its own player, and a video on one is frequently not on the other at all.
A bilibili.com link will not work here. If you found the video on the mainland site, searching for it on bilibili.tv is the only route — and it may simply not be licensed there.
720p is the logged-out ceiling
